Your order will be processed quickly and safely delivered! Please read the details below for further information to insure your package arrives when you expect it:
Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This is a small batch artisan company so products are handcrafted fresh to order. This is something we take pride in and while people love having handcrafted items, remember that processing times for handcrafted items are not as fast as big corporations.

Please allow for delays during sales and holidays - at least 2 weeks.
When you place an order, estimated delivery dates are based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination.

SHIPPING:

Within the US, we use USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipments we use USPS First Class International. (Any custom fees due are the customer's responsibility)

RETURN POLICY

Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue so we may be of assistance.
Since our products are hand crafted and made to order in small batches, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are for some reason unhappy with an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will try to rectify the issue.
