What’s the difference between Fascio Hair, The Sanctuary, and Fascio Luxe?
Fascio Hair is our luxury salon experience focused on holistic hair care, trichology, natural styling, color services, and hair restoration.
The Sanctuary is our sacred in-salon headspa space offering energy-infused scalp therapy, crown rituals, and nervous system restoration through services like Crystal Comb Therapy and Sound Scalp
Alignment.
Fascio Luxe is the product and ritual portal. Here, you’ll find our curated collection of luxe essentials, sacred tools, and intentional lifestyle goods to extend your healing beyond the chair.
Together, they form one sacred ecosystem — for beauty, balance, and inner radiance.
Are your products all-natural or vegan?
At Fascio Luxe Holistic Haircare, we are deeply committed to clean, conscious beauty. Our products are carefully formulated with high-quality, naturally derived ingredients and are 100% vegan—free from animal-derived ingredients and never tested on animals. We avoid harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and toxins to ensure your hair receives only the best nature has to offer.
How long will it take to get my package?
At Fascio Luxe Holistic Haircare, we strive to ensure your order arrives in a timely and efficient manner.
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date based on your location and the selected shipping method.
In most cases, deliveries are completed within 3 business days after processing.
Can I shop Fascio Luxe products in person?
Select products are available during your salon visit or at special in-person
events like Curls & Cocktails, pop-ups, and seasonal market experiences. Make sure you’re subscribed to our Luxemail List to stay

What shipping methods are available?
Shipping methods vary based on your location and the items ordered. During checkout, you'll see all available options, including estimated delivery times and costs. If you have specific shipping preferences, feel free to contact us!
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our shipping services are currently limited to domestic orders only. As we grow, we look forward to expanding our reach and making Fascio Luxe Holistic Haircare available to more locations worldwide.
Can I customize a ritual kit or gift set?
Yes.For first-time guests, we recommend booking a Curl Concierge
Consultation or a New Client Consult. These offerings are designed to map your care plan and create a ritual roadmap based on your crown, curls, and inner energy.
What’s included in a headspa ritual?
Our headspa rituals include deep scalp cleansing, energetic alignment, customized treatment masks, and grounding touch therapies. You may also receive add-ons like:
- Crystal combing
- Herbal steam
- Sound healing
- Scalp exfoliation
- Hot oil anointing

How do I book a service or ritual?
All reservations for Fascio Hair and The Sanctuary experiences can be booked directly through our Acuity Booking Portal. We recommend reviewing the Pre-Ritual Guest Guide before booking to prepare your mind, body, and scalp.
